When it comes to vintage items, it's good to remember that some might be in excellent condition, while others may have a few imperfections. Even if they're not perfect, we believe these pieces still have plenty of life left in them.
These items might show signs of wear, such as blemishes, missing parts, scratches, dents, chips, or even some damage that could be fixed. We'll always point out any major damage in the item description, but it's important to take a close look at the item before buying.
Rest assured that all items go through a thorough cleaning, a sanitization process, and polishing (in the case of silver items) before they’re put up for sale.
Shipping
We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping, and the buyer needs to cover the shipping expenses.
Shipping costs depend on the item's size, weight, and destination. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, and we use PostNL for deliveries around the globe.
Delivery times:
Netherlands: 2-4 days
European Union: 2-5 working days
Everywhere else: 3-7 working days
The item price includes VAT but doesn’t cover shipping costs. Please note that the shipping price does not include duties or customs charges that may be incurred when shipping to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these expenses.
We take great care in packing our items, using recycled bubble wrap and fragile stickers. However, since we sell fragile items, there’s always a small risk of damage during shipment. If your items get damaged, please reach out to us.
returns
You can return items within 14 days of your order. Just make sure the products are in their original, unused condition, as we can't accept anything that shows signs of use. We recommend packaging your items carefully to avoid damage, as we won't be able to refund items that arrive damaged. Please note that the shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
damaged/lost items
We pack everything well to keep it safe during shipping. However, if your items don't arrive in good shape, you'll need to reach out to the post service to file a claim. We’re happy to help with any extra info you might need, but it's up to you to handle the situation.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that arrive damaged, broken, lost, or stolen during transit. Once the items leave our possession, their handling is out of our control.
